Appointment reminders are a courtesy. You remain responsible for remembering and attending your appointment.

A cancellation or rescheduling request may not be considered received until it is acknowledged by Pravan Esthetics or reflected as completed in Acuity Scheduling.

Changes or Cancellations by Pravan Esthetics

Pravan Esthetics may need to cancel, delay, or reschedule an appointment because of:

• Equipment problems

• Facility issues
• Adverse weather
• Emergencies
• Power, internet, or system interruptions
• Safety concerns
• Other circumstances outside Pravan Health’s reasonable control

The team will make a reasonable effort to contact the patient and offer another available date or appropriate next step.

Pravan Health LLC will not be considered in default solely because a delay or inability to provide a service results from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Prices and Fees

Prices shown on the website, booking platform, advertisements, emails, social media, or other materials are subject to change.
